The carriers are CTT and DHL.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items, the delivery destination, and whether you choose courier delivery or pickup at a service point (when available). A fuel surcharge indexed to the average price of regular diesel is added to the shipping cost for all shipments.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can track your order. The tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking is not available in all countries.
WHERE IS IT SHIPPED FROM?
All orders are shipped from Portugal.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
All orders are packed by hand. We process orders within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Shipping takes 3–5 business days because our products are handmade in small batches.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.

CAN I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY ORDER?
Once orders have been processed, it is not possible to change or update them. However, you can contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note, however, that this is not always possible.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?
Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will be charged. For international shipments outside the European Union, duties and taxes may be charged on your shipment, for which you will be responsible. Please note that these additional costs are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The estimated time is 3–15 business days for an order to leave our studio and arrive at your address, depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, as our products are handmade in small batches.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is shipped.
These timeframes are merely indicative. Delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond Casa D’Amendoeira’s control, so we are not responsible for delivery delays.
If you are unable to pick up your order within the stipulated timeframe and the order is returned to our address, you will be responsible for paying new shipping costs.
WHAT IF I REFUSE TO PICK UP OR ACCEPT YOUR ORDER?
If you refuse the order, you will be responsible for any fees, taxes, or customs duties incurred on your order, as well as the cost of returning it to our address. This amount will be deducted from your order refund.
WHAT IF NO ONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER?
If you are unable to pick up the order within the specified timeframe and the order is returned to our address, you will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee.
